About the Tenant-In-Common Association
| The Tenant-in-Common Association (TICA) was formed specifically to provide a central organization of industry related companies focused exclusively on the success of the fractional ownership industry. TICA is the only national trade association organized to represent professionals who are involved in providing Tenant-in-Common investments.
