Mike King is an Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker Commercial in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.   He actively lists, sells and develops properties in the Northern Idaho and Eastern Washington area.

Mike is licensed in both Idaho and Washington, specializing in sales and leasing of commercial real estate. In addition to seller representation, he advises and consults with landlords and investors and manages numerous commercial properties.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial, Mike attended Washington State University where he earned a Business Administration degree majoring in Finance. While obtaining his degree, he managed retail and multi-family properties for a developer in Pullman.

Mike is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designee and has the background and education necessary to provide solid real estate as well as market investment analysis and advice.  His relentless, creative and energetic approach has set him apart and afforded great value to his clients.

Mike was born and raised in Pullman, Washington. Growing up in Pullman naturally led him to attend Washington State University. While at WSU, Mike was a member of Pi Kappa Phi fraternity. During his senior year at WSU, he served as the student body vice-president.

He is an avid Cougar sports fan and stays actively involved with his alma mater. Mike is married and his wife is studying to obtain a Doctorate of Phamacy at Washington State University Spokane.

Mike is a big brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kootenai County. In June of 2007 he climbed Mt. Adams and Mt. Hood and in July 2009 he climbed Mt. Rainier and Mt. Adams. The climbs were organized by Coldwell Banker Commercial and generated over $60,000 for Big Brothers Big Sisters.
